About Windmill Inns of America, Inc.

Windmill Inns has been in operation since 1984, when the first two properties were purchased. Since that time the company has expanded prudently and sensibly with the focus on long-term growth and stability.

The results of this approach have created a value that is real and solid while at the same time enhancing Windmill's reputation for quality, well-operated lodging properties. With its inventory consisting of 52% new development and 48% renovated properties, Windmill has experience that is rare in the hospitality management market.

John Cauvin is the President and C.E.O. of Windmill Inns of America, Inc. He has earned both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. John also holds a Management Degree from the prestigious Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.

Prior to founding Windmill Inns his experience includes time with the luxury divisions of Sheraton and Trusthouse Forte in New York. John has been the President and C.E.O. of Windmill Inns & Suites since he founded it in 1984. His management and operation of the Windmill Inns & Suites and Village Suites properties provides "up to date" insight into today's lodging trends.
